General Terms
When requesting a booking, please note that bookings are not confirmed until the job has been quoted, and we have received both your acceptance of the quote and payment of a $250 + GST booking fee. This fee will be credited to your final invoice. Until these steps are completed, your booking remains tentative and subject to availability.
Site requirements
Each site type has different pre-requisites, and we need to allow appropriate time for them to be met.
Access to site
The team needs to be aware of varied services, widths of access to site, will the pumping be from kerb or on-site etc.
Concrete types and additives
Minimum specs for pumping and precautions that need to be taken with some additives.
Council permits and
wash out areas
Customer is responsible for ensuring council and EPA regulations are met including traffic management and footpath traffic. In addition offsite washouts need to be arranged in advance.
